Have met 3 lovely highland cattle ladies and couldn't chose who should join us, so all 3 are hopefully joining the farm this month - they have calves at foot and should have pedigree calves in the spring. They will be living outside and I will try and have them handy at Berry's for good viewing, in the Christmas holidays.
Doris , the pygmy goat, was growing some very sharp little horns, so these have been filed down a little and she looks as though she has had a very smart hair cut. Luckily she has huge presence so she is still front of the queue every time.
Café floor has been a great success, and mopping is now over in minutes rather then hours.
We have a happy selection of suppliers coming on the 26th November for the carol singing evening with their tasters.
